For nearly 25 years, Tina has advised institutional investors, boards, prime ministers, 3-star generals, the UN and the C-suite on geopolitical and socio-economic risks, and the implications of global developments. The first Chief Global Political Analyst on Wall Street (Citi) and the founder of Eurasia Group's financial markets research business, Tina has served as a senior advisor in the U.K. Prime Minister's Strategy Unit and was appointed by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to the United Nations first High-Level Panel on Women's Economic Empowerment. In 2022, Tina founded Fordham Global Foresight, an independent advisory firm. Fordham Global Foresight provides actionable, forward-looking guidance, helping firms raise their "PQ"-Political Quotient and navigate geopolitical risks and social change in order to thrive during a period of disruption unprecedented for this generation of business leaders. A dual US-UK citizen based in London, Tina earned her Master of International Affairs degree at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and is a member of SIPA's International Advisory Board. She is a frequent guest on Bloomberg, CNN and CNBC, and a contributor on leadership strategy for Forbes |

Klaus Baader became SGCIB's Global Chief Economist in September 2017 having previously been Chief Asia-Pacific Economist and Head of Research Asia-Pacific, as well as Chief Euro Area Economist. He joined Société Générale in July 2009 from Merrill Lynch, where he had been Chief Europe Economist since 2006. Prior to that, he was at Lehman Brothers for ten years, latterly as Senior Europe Economist. He has also held positions at UBS and Deutsche Bank. Klaus began his career at Salomon Brothers in 1989, after studying Economics and Political Science at the University of Cologne and the London School of Economics. He received the B.Sc. in Economics from LSE in 1988, and completed a Master's degree in Economics in 1989. |
